If you need to return anything to us, please call us on 020 8856 5355, email us at info@thefeisshop.co.uk or get in touch with us via our contact form.
We will accept the return of any item in its original packaging with labels intact, within 14 days (21 if overseas), for a full refund of the item.

A gift card can be the ideal present when you are not sure of the right size or even the right thing.
Our gift cards are available for values between £30, £60 and £100 and last for 1 year (365 days)
The card will be emailed directly to your chosen email address.
International & Shipping to Ireland
We can ship to Europe and other destinations via DHL, however, due to the current situation the price varies almost daily - please contact us directly if you need international shipping.
We ship to all areas of the Republic of Ireland via DHL and the cost will be applied to your order, however, please be aware that there may be an additional customs charge to pay.
